Non-refundable Items We do not offer refunds for products that have been used or damaged by the customer, or products that have passed the 14 day period from the date of delivery.

Refund Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the request and verifying the issue. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
